Survival Storehouse's website runs on easonet (operated by OzStorehouse), which handles enquiries and orders for this shop. These terms apply to anything you ask about or buy here.
1. Who we are
OzStorehouse is a Central Coast NSW marketplace connecting local buyers with independent sellers. We provide the platform; we are not a party to any sale.
2. Contact to Buy
Most listings use our human-first "Contact to Buy" flow — you deal directly with the seller to arrange payment, pickup or delivery. OzStorehouse does not process or hold funds for these transactions and is not responsible for what's agreed between you and the seller.
3. Checkout listings
Where a listing supports in-app checkout, payment is processed by PayPal. OzStorehouse verifies payment server-side but is not a party to the underlying sale contract, which remains between you and the seller.
4. Item condition & description
Sellers are responsible for accurately describing their items. OzStorehouse does not inspect, authenticate, or guarantee any listing.
5. Disputes
Disputes about an item, payment, or delivery are between you and the seller. We're happy to help mediate where we reasonably can, but we don't guarantee a resolution or refund.
6. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login (magic link) secure and for the accuracy of any details (name, suburb, contact info) you provide.
7. Reviews
Reviews you submit must be honest and based on a genuine transaction. We may moderate or remove reviews that breach this.
8. Privacy
We use your email and details only to operate the marketplace (login, order updates, want-board matching) — see our Privacy Policy for detail.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
